Due to the personal nature of our cosmetics, no returns are allowed!
Refunds will be given on a case by case scenario. 
Processing Time: 1-5 Business Days
Shipping Time: Up to 1 week

If you entered the WRONG address at checkout, please email sulsulcosmetics@gmail.com to have the address changed before your order is shipped. If you do not notify us that your address needs to be changed before your order is shipped, a reshipment fee will be charged. 

Once an order is dropped off at the US Postal Office, Sul Sul Cosmetics is not responsible for missing packages and/or delivery theft. If you believe your package has been lost during shipping, please contact your local USPS. Sul Sul Cosmetics is not responsible. Orders that have been damaged or lost during the shipping process may be eligible for a replacement by emailing sulsulcosmetics@gmail.com with evidence.
